Forex Speculators slightly raised US Dollar bearish bets

US Dollar net speculator positions leveled at $-11.46 billion as of Tuesday

The latest data for the weekly Commitment of Traders (COT) report, released by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) on Friday, showed that large traders and currency speculators increased their bearish positions in the US dollar this week. See full article


WTI Crude Oil Speculators reduced bullish bets for 3rd out of 4 weeks

The non-commercial contracts of WTI crude futures totaled a net position of 686,507 contracts, according to data from this week. This was a slide of -17,597 contracts from the previous weekly total. See full article


Gold Speculator bullish bets slightly rebounded this week

The large speculator contracts of gold futures totaled a net position of 183,823 contracts. This was a weekly advance of 5,105 contracts from the previous week. See full article


10-Year Note Speculators added to bearish net positions for 2nd week

The large speculator contracts of 10-year treasury note futures totaled a net position of -362,150 contracts. This was a weekly reduction of -19,261 contracts from the previous week. See full article


S&P500 Mini Speculators sharply lifted bullish net positions

The non-commercial futures contracts of S&P500 Mini futures, traded by large speculators and hedge funds, totaled a net position of 128,874 contracts in the data reported through Tuesday March 6th.  See full article


Silver Speculators raised their bets into bullish territory this week

The non-commercial contracts of silver futures totaled a net position of 6,186 contracts, according to data from this week. This was a weekly gain of 7,694 contracts from the previous totals. See full article


Copper Speculators edged their bullish positions slightly higher this week

The large speculator contracts of copper futures totaled a net position of 41,920 contracts. This was a weekly boost of 519 contracts from the data of the previous week. See full article
