Forex Speculators raised US Dollar bearish positions to more than $-22 billion

US Dollar net speculator positions leveled at $-22.77 billion as of Tuesday

The latest data for the weekly Commitment of Traders (COT) report, released by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) on Friday, showed that large traders and currency speculators increased their aggregate bearish bets of the US dollar this week. See full article


WTI Crude Oil Speculators raised their bullish net positions higher this week

The non-commercial contracts of WTI crude futures totaled a net position of 707,080 contracts, according to data from this week. This was a lift of 7,535 contracts from the previous weekly total. See full article


Gold Speculators cut back on bullish net positions for 2nd week

The large speculator contracts of gold futures totaled a net position of 155,372 contracts. This was a weekly decline of -11,217 contracts from the previous week. See full article


10-Year Note Speculators bearish bets decline for 2nd time in 3 weeks

The large speculator contracts of 10-year treasury note futures totaled a net position of -330,635 contracts. This was a weekly increase of 44,730 contracts from the previous week. See full article


S&P500 Mini Speculators reduced their bullish net positions for 2nd week

The non-commercial futures contracts of S&P500 Mini futures, traded by large speculators and hedge funds, totaled a net position of 209,616 contracts. See full article


Silver Speculators trimmed bearish net positions, 1st rise in 5 weeks

The non-commercial contracts of silver futures totaled a net position of -14,833 contracts, according to data from this week. This was a weekly gain of 2,132 contracts from the previous totals. See full article


Copper Speculators edged their bullish net positions higher for 2nd week

The large speculator contracts of copper futures totaled a net position of 23,706 contracts. This was a weekly boost of 2,796 contracts from the data of the previous week. See full article
